Then here is the rest. I will guide you through all the steps to actually get that property under your control. We will do this together project after project until you are able to do it by yourself in your sleep. Here is where I make my mad money, you are going to learn, it is not simple but it is easy and fun. The first property you get you will pay me 20% of your gross profits on it, the second one 15%, the third 10%, and any properties that you use my consulting on there after only 5%. Is it fair?
